Scherer, Pinot Blanc Reserve 2023

Into its 8th generation of family ownership, Christophe Scherer comes from seriously good winemaking pedigree. Recently taking the reigns from his mum and dad, Christophe is making some of the best and most Authentic wines in Alsace. Pinot Blanc Reserve 2023 is a lovely, bright, blossomy white. Notes of citrus, green apple and a touch of vanilla move to a medium-bodied palate with a refreshing level of acidity. A really versatile food wine equally at home with simpler chicken or fish-based recipes.
